You would like to run in a group without pressure and competition, but instead with a lot of fun and under professional guidance? You would like to improve your speed speed and stamina? Then come over and join in! Running through nature, you find yourself. Running is an excellent cardiovascular training and contributes to your strength. It offers opportunity for mental relaxation and stress processing. It is integral to health. P>
For advanced runners, it is also possible to participate in competitions, e.g. the Hermannslauf, to participate. p>

A long, quiet run of 15-20 km length.
This run is suitable for anyone who wants to run a longer distance. If you can already run for an hour (e.g. on Wednesdays or Fridays) and now want to approach longer distances, this is the place for you. This course is also suitable for the preparation for a half marathon and the Hermannslauf.
